"Groundbreakers is an opportunity to give new works by local artists some well deserved stage time in front of an audience," explains Ryan Luhning, Ground Zero Theatre (GZT) Artistic Director. The shows selected for Groundbreakers may have been workshopped or performed before (usually only once and for a limited number of performances), but GZT hopes to give these artists and their works a longer run in order to prepare them for future productions.
There are no scheduled shows in the Groundbreakers series for the 2009 season.
